    AIOU releases lists for spring admissions

    ISLAMABAD: The Allama Iqbal Open University has released a list of all candidates who were admitted to the varsity’s master’s programmes on merit in the second phase of the Spring semester 2020.
    The varsity’s admissions director uploaded the merit lists on the university’s website (www.aiou.edu.pk) while successful candidates have been informed through letters dispatched to their registered their postal addresses.

    He added that the last date to deposit fees for the semester is July 10. He advised students to download their fee challan from the university’s website and deposit it in branches of Muslim Commercial Bank, Allied Bank Limited, United Bank Limited and First Women Bank Limited.

    Students from Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) areas can also deposit their fees in branches of National Bank.

    Those candidates who have not received admission letters or whose names were not included in the merit list for their respective subject can inquire about the status of their admission by calling the university on: 051-9057422 and 051-9250043.

    The admissions director added that merit lists for masters in Mass Communication, Environmental Design and Forestry Extension have been finalised.
