    BISP SPENDING RS221B FOR EMPOWERMENT OF POOR WOMEN, ALLEVIATE POVERTY: MARVI

    BISP Chairperson was addressing a function at Girls High School in Chilas.
    Chairperson Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Marvi Memon says BISP is spending 221 billion rupees for empowerment of poor women and alleviate poverty in the country.

    This she said while addressing a function at Girls High School in Chilas on Thursday.

    She said new survey will be conducted in sixteen districts including Gilgit as a pilot project to provide economic assistance to more deserving and poor women.
